Hunted down the heroes with the help of villains controlled with nanites and built an outer space Guantanamo Bay to imprison them. With the rest of the Illuminati, tricked the Hulk and blasted him off on to a distant planet where he was tortured and forced to be gladiator for aliens.
Hank Pym-Created Ultron, using his own brain patterns. Used to beat the shyt out of the Wasp.
Professor Xavier-Sent a team of teenaged mutants to Krakoa to try and rescue his first team of teenaged mutants, only to see Krakoa kill the entire second team of mutants, which includes Cyclops brother he never knew he had in front of Cyclops. Erased the entire thing from Cyclops mind and never told anyone. Then sent a 3rd team of teenaged mutants to the rescue and pretended the dead second team didn't exist.
Sent Havok and more X-Men into space years later when it turns out long-lost 3rd Summers brother Vulcan survived and came back for revenge. Havok ends up captured and tortured in a dungeon. Vulcan not only kills Banshee and his dad Corsair, but takes over the Shi'ar empire and becomes a murderous intergalactic Tyrant.

Knew that the danger room developed a sentient mind, but didn't tell anyone and kept it a prisoner.
Erased Magneto's mind and inadvertently created Onslaught.

Wolverine-Killed thousands of people. Gets drunk, blacks out, and wakes up covered in bloody ninja limbs. Killed all of his various illegitimate kids that he didn't know existed. Was a deadbeat dad to Daken who grows up a psychopath with daddy issues. Drowns him to death. Stayed trying to fukk his teammate and leader's wife. Turned on Cyclops and joined the Avengers against him like a sellout. Tried to kill Hope.
Quicksilver-Self-centered self-loathing miserable a$$hole. Former member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants with ridiculous daddy issues. Deadbeat dad. Talked his mentally unstable sister into re-writing reality just to make his family and friends happy, which inadvertently caused 90% of mutants losing their powers when reality got right again. Stole the terrigen crystals from the Inhumans to try and repower mutants just to try and assuage his guilt, but it ended up killing them or driving them crazy...and almost started a war between Earth and the Inhumans in the process.
Cyclops-Married and has a kid with a chick who looked exactly like his dead girlfriend. His girlfriend returns from the dead and abandons his wife and kid and doesn't tell his girl anything about them. His wife, who is actually a clone of his girfriend, goes crazy and kills herself and unleashes a horde of demons on Earth in the process. He later sends his son into the future under the care of a cult who say he will be a Messiah. Has a psychic affair with Emma Frost and starts fukking her as soon as Jean Grey dies again. Uses 13 and 14 year olds as child soldiers. Killed Xavier while under the influence of the Phoenix.
I'm realizing how completely fukked in the head the whole X-Men family is while making this list.
