I don't know if this has been posted before. What song had the biggest impact and did the most damage. I was tempted to exchange hit'em up for against all odds. Hit'em up practically created a east coast west coast war. Takeover was the gloves off to all the subliminal beef between Nas and Hov. Real G's knock Dre made everyone look at Dre different and exposed him. Ether saved nas career. And no Vaseline saw ice cube solo take down hip hops most gangster crew.

When Ether dropped it was the WOAT time to be a Jay stan. I remember coming to school and getting clowned because I kept claiming that Jay won and everyone else was and I couldn't even listen to Ether until a few months after it was out because I didn't want to hear Jay get shytted on. shyt was like watching my favorite super hero lose a fight
