Every women from baltimore I met has been a bad experience. Dudes at my job talk about it all the time. A lot of women out there trick too. Go to horseshoe on a friday or sat night.

Dont get me wrong i love the seafood, been a ravens fan since 01, the inner harbor is great but the women from there I'm steering clear of.

I believe I have, but I'm not 100% sure. Certain areas are better than others. My block wasn't very dangerous if that's what you mean.
If you're talking about the more dangerous areas, I drove through there a few times, went to school there (although it was a private school and most of us had money), and I lived in neighborhoods very close by. I've seen and spoken to some of those people before. I'm not completely clueless.
