I would say Tommy. Nicky did what he had to do for good reasons beside fukking another's wife is No No. Tommy was crazy and hothead didn't think twice before. Tommy is clearly crazy than Nicky. Nicky is crazy too but he did for necessary.

Nicky lasted longer than Tommy, but Nicky towards the end was out of shape and doing hard drugs. sure Tommy slung drugs but he never used. that could hurt Nicky in the end.
