i'm actually in Dallas right now ironically enough you @ me here.
(actually STUCK here since no flights are going out of DFW airport
) but um yeah i'd say both have large black populations. Dallas black pop is probably a little more progressive/upwardly mobile kinda like ATL 
houston has a lot of blue collar and poorer black folk.
