Every part of side of Dallas has a large black population(south,west,east,north)
And damn near every suburb in the southern part and some of the eastern part are either majority black or half alot of black people.

I know a lot of black live in the Dallas suburb of Arlington, Dallas got like 20 incorporated suburbs, Houston has Missouri City which is a majority black suburb, but still has some hood/poorer parts along with the well to do million dollar home folks.

Southern burbs:
Lancaster=66% black
Cedar hill=51% black
Desoto=66%black
Duncanville=25% black
glenn heights-50%
Then you got burbs in the east which are way bigger than the ones in the south(burbs in the east have populations of like 130k, to over 200k) that done went from 10% blak, to almost 30% in the past few years.
