Where's The Weeden? Official 2012-13 Cleveland Browns Season

Hate to say it you Brown fans but you can tell a lot about what a QB is going to be from their first game. They will show glimpses of being capable but you saw none of that from Weeden yesterday. It's not looking pretty, especially with a weak wide receiver core and rookie rb who is injury prone.

Maybe it's the familiar feeling against the Eagles that I got all last year. We play well enough to win the game and then fall apart in the 4th quarter. We still suck in the red zone. Still struggle to get touchdowns.

I think we are all willing to give Trent a pass. At best I see 6-10.

I can definitely see that. This is where they continually fukk up. They don't hire the right personnel. And they clean house every 2-3 years. They keep hitting the reset button.

As bad as he looked its still way too early for his football funeral. He signed a 4 year $8 million contract.

He can ride the pine if he doesn't improve.

I'm not giving up on Weeden just yet. I still think he can be a good NFL qb. We better hope so anyways, cause we're stuck with him. I mean are we really gonna pick qb's in the first round in back to back drafts? The plan was to go Richardson and Kendall Wright in the 1st round and then snatch up Barkley this year. Or that was my plan anyway....and it got fukked up once Tennessee took Wright before us.

And dont get me started on Shurmur. Just a terrible, terrible hire. Only bad thing about firing him will be losing dikk Jauron.
