Where Will Sony/Insomniac go with the Spider-man IP next?

I forgot Activision had the license. But if Sony has the license then they can do whatever they want can't they?

with Spiderman, yes.

How long they have the rights is what I don't see. It is exclusive rights though which Disney can cancel if they want to apparently. But they are adamant they won't just let anyone use the license anymore.

As for the question OP asked. After Miles game is Spidey 2, then stand alone Spider Gwen game, then Spidey 3, Spider-Verse.

Venom is definitely their big ace in the pack. He will probably appear in Spider-Man 2 as a main character before getting his own spin off game like Miles

Venom & Green Goblin will be the sequel, it’s not The Entire Sinister Six like the first one had, but they are both tier 1 villains and more than enough to flesh out over a whole game, there were teases for both in the first game in Norman’s penthouse/Lab

and just have side missions/stories like they did for lesser villains like Taskmaster or Tombstone, like hydroman or chameleon.
