This nikka been searching YouTube for anything that seems like Revis got beat.

That was the safety fault in that scheme. Ask anybody that really know football.

Only time he really been beat for six is when moss got him. But even then Revis pulled a hamstring, allowing moss to take advantage.

I have never seen a CB do as good of job as Revis did on Megatron. It was amazing how well he did.

Matthew Stafford has to be in Top 10. How can you throw for all them yards and not be Top 10. Ngata is good dont get me wrong....I see no way Stafford is left out of top 10.

uhhh no... since when do the Jets roll a safety TOWARDS Revis' side of the ball? Their defense is actually predicated on the exact opposite. If you watch the play, Revis was beat right off the bat because he wasn't able to jam Ted Ginn at the line; and then he assumed Ginn was going to run a skinny post so he slowed up thinking Ginn would run right into the safety, but it was a double move and Ginn turned it upfield

this play doesn't even take away from Revis' greatness because EVERY corner gets beat, but to say it wasn't his fault is just incorrect

Yeah, watching the video, it seems Ginn beat Revis on that play. That said, Revis is the best CB I've seen since Prime hands down. Part of his greatness is how he still utilizes contact within the framework of the current rules to control/locate the receiver. It can come off as holding, but it really isn't. Dude is as crafty as he is talented.

Yes, he very rarely gets safety help but in that case he did just like in the video below. Rex disguised this coverage to make it appear like single coverage but if you look closely you will see Rodney Pool over the top. They set the trap and Romo fell

Yeah.

The only time I see Revis get beat is when he doesn't have a chance to put his hands on you. But part of that leads me to believe that he's expecting the safety to cover deep. On that play to Ginn, the Fish also sent the TE deep which kept the safety at bay and an untouched Ginn was free to run that skinny post. It was a great play call and Revis made the mistake of not jamming him at the line to give his deep help time to cover both receivers.
