Stop cheating yourself, drink waterI have one cheat day a week where I can eat/drink absolutely anything I want…I still don’t mess with the soda. Sometimes I miss the taste of Coca Cola still but ehh, shyt subsides.

Trolling aside, not for nothing but since I got love for all y’all I figured I’d pass the info, W.H.O. recently added “Aspartame” to their list of possible hazards…it’s in diet sodas and a lot of other things.
