Seriously, what's good about downtown LA? Every time I'm out in LA, I don't even check out downtown.

The one time I did go out there to check out the Art District this bum ass nikka was walking down the street with his dikk out pissing. :snoop:

I just bounced after I saw that shyt. :smh:

There's a lot of Hollywood type events that happen in DTLA. It's also the place where many folks will occasionally run into a celebrity or two, and there's also a lot of famous restaurants in the district as well. A lot of folks like to show off their rich/ritzy toys they have.

A car is 100% necessary

LA is too big, and everything is spread out so, get a car. If you get a cab/uber you going to be paying a lot of money if you really trying to take in a lot of the surrounding areas.

Parking fukking sucks tho... that's the one thing I hate about LA.

Parking and the traffic, the TRAFFIC. shyt is so bad it makes you want to blow your head off sometimes.

So my ol lady wants to move to LA in 3 years.

Everyone I've talked to said they knew folks who moved to LA & ended up moving back to where they were from because it's not all it's cracked up to be & its expensive for no damn reason.

Is LA really that expensive?

The average cost of a home is in the mid 600k- 1mil. Homes in Willmington and Bellflower go for an average cost of 900k... Yeah... Rent is on average 3k-10k
Second to New York, California/Los Angeles is the most expensive state to live in.

How and the fukk is Santa Monica, and Compton not apart of that shyt? Beverly Hill and Culver city are not apart of LA in-spite of being right in the middle of it? Strange shyt.

taxes.....It's like big government. It's not always efficient. So those sections have their own local government.

I stand corrected then. I'm always out there with my family, every time I've been out there it seems like it's been somewhat the same, even during the night. Now that I think about it though, I do think we've driven through during a time that it was cracking.

I've been to some LA parties. Nothing too crazy, kinda hood lol, none in Hollywood, but definitely better than anything I've been to out here in the bay.

Those aren't the averages:stopitslime:. LA is huge. It all depends on where you're trying to live. The further inland the cheaper.
