Rivers been trash his whole career...dont let those " gussied" up stats fool you that's all from playing behind and abandoning the run early...chargers fukked up letting Brees walk and firing a 14-2 coach(yes Rivers was the QB then but wasn't asked to do much it was still LT's team at that point) I could never get behind Rivers like the city of San Diego did. When I say he was "their guy " that's an understatement. Never seen a QB throw the ball in the dirt or take a sack as much as Rivers
