Make it a two parter. One half at Tokyo Dome, so they can get the standard location based extra star added to all the match ratings.

The other half at MSG.

Logistically makes sense to do it somewhere on the west coast, like LA, San Diego, or Seattle. Easier in travel for those in Japan.

They could even make it a destination event and put it in Hawaii.
