I can do the die thing because the motivation is there. Doing hitters is the problem. How do u do itThe good thing op is that it looks like you have some nice muscle definition under that fat. A good 5 month cut and your body could be on point. You being 5’8 is also an advantage.

You’re not supposed to be doing HIIT 4 times a week.
HIIT = High Intensity Interval training. Just because somebody is going slightly above their threshold doesn't mean they are pushing themselves completely to the max. When I do HIIT I play with the tempo, speed, time in between sets and recovery time every time I do it.This is why you belong in TLR making Beyoncé threads, don’t give bad advice.

There is more than one way to do HIIT like for 5 minutes every single day or 10-12 minutes 2-4 days a week at a higher intensity as it's all relative to someone's physical condition. Obviously a beginner cannot handle more than 2 sessions a week but like anything in life your body will increase its tolerance on it.

Just turned 25 on Sept 26.How old are you and how long you been training, young dudes have those newbies gains so bulk as much as you can.
Older you get the harder to put on muscle so take advantage if you're young.
