Def lose fat. For me I've found that gaining muscle is easy as hell coming out of a fat loss stage.

Plus you are at a body fat point where you can def make muscle gains while cutting down.

Don't worry about looking like someone else though. You don't have his parents.... work with what you got :manny:

First, clean off your fukking dresser

Second, just lift until you find what works for your body. Then do that. Start with something like StrongLifts or Starting Strenght.

Third, eat better, a little at a time. Don’t try to jump all in at once.

I feel you. I'm not trying to look like him,I just want that similar look. I feel you though,I'm about look up diet plans

And I will. I just dont want to add on extra fat trying to put on muscle then I gotta work 2x hard to lose it

Exactly, you have the right idea

I'd schedule some time every day to do cardio.... for me that's the key to fat loss

I'm actually at home now doing a lil work out now with my barbell. (110 pounds)

4 sets/10 reps of barbell curlls(50 pounds)
4sers/10reps of upright rows(50p)
4sets/10reps of shoulder press(50p)
4sets/10reps of tricep curls(50p)


I'm getting my gym members ship back next Thursday. I plan on working out 4 days a week



Gotta look up some cardio plans
