I remember having a Gundam game for PS2 that was dope. Had all of the star Gundams from the different franchises. Had a story mode where you played classic scenes from the different anime.It was pretty cool. I'd love one for this current gen.

Top tier Gundam game is 0079 Side Story on the Dreamcast. I haven't played anything better than it. Not since OG Xbox anyway.

i probably had every PS2 Gundam game Bandai put out....
the GOAT was Rise From the Ashes on the Dreamcast...
i touched the Blue Destiny Sega Genesis ones ROMs also


IMO there is no objectively "great" Gundam game, just some that work well for their era...
if you are a big MSG fan you will usually find each one serviceable on some level.

MSG works best as a tactical game...the new one in the OP is prob. the best one since Rise from the Ashes. U can exit the mobile suit and capture bases and it has all the suits from MSV and books/side stories. not a lot of single player content but then again it is free.

you can paint and customize the weapons of the suits...

shyt has Galbaldy's and Gelgoog Cannons as playable suits
G3 Gundam, KAMPFER, NT1-Alex, etc etc

they adding the Zeta suits now. they just put Hyaku Shiki and RX-178 MARK 2 in there. it's going to be a fool when they actually add ZETA and Double Zeta Gundam though.
