How the fukk are you working 40 hours a week to not make over 100k.

couldn’t be me and I work for the government looking at spread sheets all day. Thank god for my engineering degree.
Understand different careers offer different salary ranges and everyone is not afforded the same opportunity. Also the average american salary is 48,000.

Those are the averages. if you click on the link it shows the specific wage range. in general it looks like 14 to 45 is the standard across the nation.

AND ENGINEERING, IT, AND MEDICAL ARE PROPPING THOSE NUMBERS UP. LIKE I SAID BEFORE. THE AVERAGE PERSON ISN'T GETTING 45K ENTRY LEVEL. THAT 45K IS THE TOP END FOR HIGHER PAYING CAREERS.

Yeah, man. Even if we're going to shoot him some bail on not being a racist troll, shyt like that has never sat well with me. At best, it's naively ignorant, at worst, it's regressively divisive. Neither is a good look.

I mean, you don't even need to do a lot of research to back this up. If the average wage was above 45K the wealth gap wouldn't be the largest its ever been in existence. People wouldn't be out here talking about how a stimulus check is the difference between actually having food to eat, and whatever the alternative is.

Fact is, if you work in this country, there's a good chance you aren't getting paid a truly livable wage for where you live, unfortunately. :yeshrug:
