I will say that after eating pork, I feel very lethargic. I probably will never completely give up pork, but sometimes, instead of bacon for breakfast, I'll eat a big bowl of soup instead. The point isn't just old age but to get to 80 and 90's healthy. Not on 200 different pills trying to combat arthritis, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, dementia, trying to keep all our natural teeth. Compare the 80 years old that can barely walk or have multiple health problems to the 80 year old vegans and vegetarians no comparision. And the down the street butcher meat they had 70s years ago isn't the same hormone, cloned, gmo shyt they have now.

Man look it here I got a story to tell. I remember the first time I stopped eating meat it was for a fast. I was taking herbs, juicing vegetables & fruit, eating more salads and generally eating liter meals. So one day during my fast my family was having a bbq and where I live we eat every part of the pig, guts and all. So I decided to make not one plate but two I had some collard greens, baked beans w/bacon bits, rice and cornbread on one and on the other I had pork ribbs, pork belly, fried catsfish, and slabs of white bread. I didn't even finish my plate and I had passed out on my couch and after I woke up my head was throbbing. I could've eating all of that before the fast but after detoxing I could even finish a quarter of a plate. I stopped eating pork ever since.I will say that after eating pork, I feel very lethargic. The same can be said about half the vegetables we eat. They use more chemicals and pesticides on veggies than meat. We can't escape frankenfood. I still eat pork, but only like once or twice a month. It's delicious .
Can’t trust a nikka that dont eat bacon
