yea like i said he hasnt been as active since the fire, the difference in output before the fire and after it is noticeable. He's only put out 11 music videos since Jan 2015 out on his main channel, before that he put out 11 videos from may 2014-dec. 2014

oh yeah but id say he slowed down after the white flame mixtape, i think it was anyway, the mixtape that had like 50 songs

Craze? He is literally the father of 70% of the rappers out now. Him and Gucci

Exactly. So much of the shyt out now is directiy derived from Lil B. This is a cat who has done thousands of tracks, a ton of videos, tours and lectures. I wonder if he simply just wanted a break. He might very well be one of the smartest rappers in recent memory considering that he never signed a slave deal, made good $ along the way and is doing things on his terms.

Lil B honestly deserves monetary compensation for 80% of mainstream rap today. He legit CREATED all these waves youre hearing. like, blatantly.

I remember in hs me and my bro would crack up dying after school watching rvery new upload he had. He started the women's clothing, the fyb line, the new type adlibs, etc. But, ppl will steal ya style and make more money with it than you i guess.

Lil b is up there with biggie pac jay z lip wayne in terms of changing hip hop. and that is a 100% fact.

Facts. All of these cats, from Uzi, Thugga, RHQ, DRAM, etc lean so hard on Lil B's shyt that no one can dispute it. Everything literally a Lil B, Max B and Wayne mashup with Based God being 70 percent of the mix of the 3.

The amount of swag that was jacked from him is absurd.:mindblown:

Think about it:

Dad hats
Women's clothes (but not to the extreme)
Cooking dance
Troll rap
Ad libs
Music on social media (dude is a MySpace legend)
Dropping mad tapes in a calendar year
Zero budget music videos

Don't forget the ambient/emotional/clams style instrumental. ASAP Rocky would later use Clams and that style for his first mixtape. During those days it was almost always southern 808 trap, but B had the spaced out instrumentals like the one I posted above.

Yung Lean now tours off that style. Even made a video that looks like the pretty boy remix.

He's just not as popular as he used to be :manny:

Reminder that Lil Uzi got permission to make a response track to Wonton Soup:

And that they worked together years ago:

And he started the whole neo-comedy rap wave:

:wow: :wow: :wow:

TYBG :blessed:

This. Based God might be one of the most influential rappers in the last 10yrs.
