I don't know why people fawn over L so much. Or trip off of near. Light was the character I was most interested in and I was glad that it kept going as long as it did.

It was one of the first anime that I watched so I wasn't really expecting the ending. In my years, now, of watching anime I've noticed that a lot of the fans are different from me. I don't want to say weird but get hung up on the weirdest things.

late pass, finally watched this anime, dope sh1t ... light and l were both cool, wasnt a fan of near and melo at all tho ... liked the arc of how light eventually took over as L and Kira

but yoo, light went out like a complete b1tch man imo i would have rather had that dude with the fro in the task force or the guy they kept calling an idiot get him in the end, due to him underestimating them, as opposed to being outmaneuvered by a lamer version of the og L.
