There's no way they're finding these people organically dudes will have 3,000 plays on Soundcloud and get an interview on a major platform just to discuss their lean intake and how many ppl they've shot shyt is fishy to me

Some of those guys are signed to smaller imprints that Vlad is cool with. For example the Florida nikka YungeenAce that just got shot was on Vlad a few months before he got shot. He's relatively unknown but he's signed to Cinematic Music Group owned by Johnny Shipes who Vlad probably knows and has a relationship with. Some of the other ones are just rappers with a local buzz
