goodwill is so hit or miss when it comes to digging. you might find an obscure gem once in a while but for the most part it's just Frank Sinatra albums, Christmas soundtracks, multiple copies of Lionel Richie's self-titled debut, Opera, random Turkish folk groups and Eddie Murphy's "Party All The Time". go to goodwill right now you'll see at least two of those guaranteed lol.

So fukkin true breh, but Goodwill's also like
"you want a creamy af Ralph Lauren long sleeved striped blue and white polo, never worn for 15 bucks? Sure ok."
Goodwill should revamp their look, ain't nobody want to use a 30 year old ricecooker.
But you start catering to the hipsters, and turn yourself into a used steezy clothes boutique and the people going in there's records would be piff.

Nothing against you e-digging brehs, because that's where I get my samples, but here's the deal

You guys should seriously invest in a Numark PT-01 or a similar turntable for two reasons:

1) It opens up an entire world. Now you have like 5 bucks "Ah I can't do shyt, might as well go to McDonalds and get fat". Becomes, "Damn I got five dollars! I'mma go cope me some heat :ohlawd:
2) I've been watching Youtube for some time now slowly start to drain the piff. They're coming for us brehs, all those e-crates and piff playlists, Youtube is aware of them. I've seen entire channel's go. So once Youtube is gone, then we go to our stacks. What did Madlib say? Something like,

"It's getting hard to find the fat plastic
But I got the stacks in case it gets drastic"

Replace "fat plastic" with "fat playlist" and you get the picture. It's gonna be a cold world out there brehs (I just wanted an excuse to post/listen to this song, there's a D'angelo remix too)

"Physically cut up like gooses" :damn: :why: :damn:

Couple years ago I discovered an old Chinese trick - find 2 highly sample able artists (eg Cortex and Lonnie Liston Smith), and enter both their names into youtube. Then go to playlists... you'll get dozens of dozens of playlists featuring songs in a similar style to those artists. You can even navigate micro-genres ( psychedelic jazz funk, soulful progressive rock etc) using this method.

would rep if i could

I dont use samples.
Yes you do, every time you use a DAW or Digital keyboard...or anything not acoustic, you're using samples or sampling music.
Also: I use keyboards and samples...sometimes both at the same time. Nobody asked you.
That elitist attitude will get you nowhere.

Ive moved a lot in the last two years so i had to get rid of a lot of vinyl.
