Where do yall get your protein/supplements?

No they do,but they use crap delivery firm if you are a prime member to cut down on costs that will just put a note through your mail box claiming you weren't in ,even if you were.... And leaving the package in a trash bin etc etc, so to avoid this to an extent many people get it delivered to a almost 24/7 corner shop,so they can't claim you were not in... You can get a better delivery firm to deliver it in some cases like DPD, but that costs extra on top of your 'prime' membership.

Amazon is very popular in the UK, it is one of the biggest employers actually.

animal stak/mstak around 40 pound, I cycle them two lots of stak of 3 weeks with a weeks break between,then 3 weeks of mstak and then another weeks break, then back on stak

animal pump, 35 pound

animal flex 30

animal pak, 25

and I buy another brand of omega 3 as Iam not keen on animal omega which I think is a bit of a rip off,and the brand I used is nordic naturals ultimate omega which is about 25 pound.

I was interested to try animal test, because it's so expensive, I wanted to see what it did, but then I read you can't take it with anti inflammatories or fish oils, which put me off, as both are essential for me.

I keep it simple and use gonutrition.co.uk brand supplements. Its worth a look but i think you won't want anything tbh
