I'd say the largest advantage the SF3 soundtrack has is that there's simply more tracks.

But I enjoy the above three more than any third strike track sans Ken and Chun-li's stages.

it was a good late 90s undergroud hip-hop genre soundtrack. Its actually one of the best albums of the 90s in my opinion

As far a game sound tracks go, its in my top ten.

& the game itself is not just the best "fighter" of all time, but the best video game of all time, period.
