Where do I start with working out?

I'm like 5'9-5'10, 160 lbs. My dream is to become a professional wrestler at the WWE level. I really need to not only get bigger, but also have stamina for days. I'm what you can consider skinny fat at the moment.

I need to know WHAT workouts to do, when to do them, what to eat, etc.

If you want to get bigger you need to workout 4-5 times a day, and eat ALLOT(calories) . Workout different parts of your body, like, legs, chest, back, arms, shoulders, etc..

fellow this chart, and make sure you eat around 2000-3000 calories PER day if u want to get big...


Watch some videos on people working out. If you want to get BIG u need heavy weights ( gym). If you want to be lean and strong, calisthenics rasta ( outside workout in the parks). :takedat:

Keep it consistent, eat right most of the time and be patient!

How old are you ?

Ensure you do the compound moves, deadlifts and squats. They release the most growth hormones thus making you bigger.

Of course do research from various forums and YouTube videos, ask guys in the gym (dont be scared everyone had to start somewhere)

I do bodypart split, so working a part per day. However do what works for you, there is no perfect way, everyone is different.

And main thing, get your diet on point, no point busting your gut if your eating shyt everyday.

I'm not saying ever one should work out 5 times a day.

I'm 15, and it's my goal to be a wrestler. Right now, I'm trying to get all the information I need and at 18, I'll seriously start training. As of right now, I think I need to lose 15 lbs because of unnecessary fat gained in the summer. Can I cut, and then bulk later on (later on being 2-3 years.) Cutting should be easy with cardio, right?
