Where did this idea of Black hatred for mayonnaise come from?

I’ve always liked miracle whip over Mayo. Mayo is not sweet enough to me(it’s like vomit nasty if there’s too much on a sandwich) and its higher in fat.

U may be right. I went to an event in past and someone made chicken salad with miracle whip, eggs, celery, onion, relish etc. It was one of the best chicken salads I tasted.

If u use mayo...I hear Dukes and Hellmans is the best for potato/chicken/tuna/macaroni salads and deviled eggs.

Nah breh. The difference between Mayo and Miracle Whip is like Salt and Seasoned Salt. Margarine and Butter are not the same at all. Margarine comes from vegetable oil and Butter comes from cream. They are actually different lol.

From the East Coast and love subs, hate mayo. Still remember being a youngin, ordered a steak and cheese and they accidentally put mayo on it. Dude apologized, said he’ll make me another one and since he couldn’t sell that one, I could have it. Being a poor kid, I was happy to have a free sub, but I took one bite of that nasty ass sub and immediately spit it out. I new no one in my fam or friends from the neighborhood would eat it either, so I threw it in the trash. Perfectly good steak ruined by that God awful condiment.
