Never understood it. Then I met my wife and she happened to be one of those anti- mayonnaise ppl. But guess what? She loves my potato salad because she thinks I make it like her mom. They use sandwich spread I've been tricking her with my "certified" method with just a little relish and mustard. But it's based with mayonnaise like a mf. But it made me think outside the box on my potato salad. Now at big family functions I bring my potato salad anonymously and sit it out, and it's outta there quickly.
