Or Use a tool like Snip to copy all the pages you need and than print it out

I've dl'd a lot of books from Avax with zero problems. And http://www.digitalbookindex.org. Do NOT DL from http://ebookoid.com/ Their dl's are full of viruses. It's the only free book/software site where I've run into problems.

They haven't updated since 2010 !
