I know what this boy Bart went through. I'm going through that right now brehs I don't give a fukk. Throughout grade school I got good grades. No disrespect to any of you guys here but if you struggled throughout grade school (I'm not talking about only one year) then :wtb:. High school it was basically the same thing but of course it was harder. But for some reason my parents look at me as nothing less than a genius and people think I'm really smart too. It's a damn shame that having common sense makes me seem like a brainiac to others. All I basically have is common sense and a real good memory so that's the reason behind my good grades. I'm in college right now and every time my dad talks about medical school I really wanna slap fire out that nikka's ears. http://www.the-coli.com/higher-learning/1043-im-horrible-math-bad-science.html I can't do none of that shyt brehs. I try and I try but anything math and science related is an automatic F. I'm just like Bart. When you feel like you just can't do shyt and you're left there feeling hopeless is........I don't even know. I still watch the Simpsons EVERY WEEK when they air new episodes on Animation Domination. I'll never bad mouth the newer episodes :to:

Scrubs when dr cox is imagining his friend (his brother law I think) all through the episode but find out he's actually dead and it's his funeral they have to attend at the end.

That moment when he looked at the test paper after Ms. Krabappel marked it, then began to cry....underrated powerful scene. You could tell that nearly broke his soul. You go from being a rude little boy who just don't care about school, to actually TRYING to learn something.....and after trying so hard, it still blows up in your face.....something like that can be a defining moment in your life

couldn't find video but really any time Homer's mom is in an episode i feel

:sadbron: :to: :sadcam:

Mother Simpson song - YouTube

Yeah the end to that first mom episode always has me tearing up.

That's what makes The Simpsons the greatest.

At their peak it could be incredibly funny, have great satire but at the same time it had an emotional weight that the like's of South Park or Family Guy (:gag:) could never offer.

No other animated show could evoke human emotion like the simpsons used to. One of the things really missing from the show now besides the obvious that it isn't funny anymore.

Wherever whores go.....
The first 10 years of the Simpsons have the best mix of everything. It could crack with you with silly or smart humor. It could upset and make you think with real life situations. It had pop culture references that werent forced, I'm looking at you family guy :stopitslime: it was just amazing.

Even the first season that wasn't that funny had some gems

Homer's Odyssey was a really dark episode that isn't talked about much either

I love watching this episode just because of how crude the animation was and how far the show has come.

Tbh I always liked the first season, I know a lot of people don't but it had it's moments. And I like the nostalgia factor.
