Bruh Teddy Riley produced a lot of hip-hop. He was producing for Kool Moe Dee and Doug E. Fresh even before the new jack swing era.

However, I shouldn't have included him. Now that I think about it he didn't move to VA Beach until he was an adult.

I actually wasn't aware of that, only knew him for the New Jack Swing music.
