Its like god in heaven gave these kats the left over genes he found in the back of an alley in a trash dumpster.

Them kats got to thank the lord everyday for making them rich cause them kats have trouble surviving in this world with them low grade genes.... :russ:

He may be in his prime in terms of earning potential but he sure as hell ain't in his prime physically. That dude will pull something if he attempts any sort of cardio

Not just that, but AK doesn't look like he outdoors very much or breathes much fresh air. That is problematic for your skin and your lungs when all you do is smoke hookah and weed, drink hard liquor, never even attempt to do resistant exercises like pushups, and not eat any veggies on the daily.

Somewhere along the line, the average young adult in Hip Hop forgot how to eat a BALANCED diet of water, fruits, veggies, whole grains like brown rice, and so on. Its like eating tons of low quality fast food day in, day out is the quick way of nourishment. We seen what happened to Nate Dogg and his lifestyle of eating fast food daily and partying every night for 18 years straight. A whole 2 strokes at his late 30s, and died just a few years later at age of 41. We seen what happened to Heavy D and him not shedding the excess weight in his later years, dropped dead at age 44.

Everyone thinks its no big deal, but diet and exercise after 35 can mean the difference of croaking early, and being a healthy 60 year old.
