The quality of the people you hang around with will show a lot about the quality of life you live.

If an adult black man is telling me he can't find black women who do simple things like work out, swim, bike ride, etc. he either (a) doesn't know or come in contact with that many black people or (b) lives among a certain economic sect.

Precisely. I won't lie and even pretend like I fishing (my mom and sister does), but the things you list are simple everyday things.
