Crispy is a character. Like Mickey mouse. Like Bugs Bunny. He does parodys of people, some real, like Tommy and others not real.
Is it racist? No. He does skits with the doll that have nothing to do with Tommy or skin tone or being ashy or whatever your trying to claim. Is it stupid... yeah. But it's his character and trying to twist his meaning being or reasoning why the character exists is worthless. If it were all about Tommy then all the other shyt the doll has appeared in that has nothing to do with Tommy wouldn't make sense.

I found the video. Play it at about 5 mins Tariq says it himself. He is a made up character, an imaginary character. I guess Tommy might have tried to sue him off of it...idk
