Of course they would set aside funds for baby Dream to live off of forEVER.
2. Rob would retain 100% physical custody and legal custody and every type o' custody of baby Dream
--provided that Rob takes his meds daily and works out regularly for endorphins and doesn't slump into depression/filth/insanity
AND
--provided that PMK + some subset of Rob's sisters supervised custody, lived nearby, and dropped in daily to check up. Khloe would probably fill the role of surrogate mother, as she is Rob's closest sibling. I do not foresee any physical harm coming to baby Dream in this scenario. The family is always together regardless, cuz they film scenes in groups.
