i mean, who can blame lebron if he loses against the most stacked team in modern nba history?
y'all need to face the fact that winning championships takes more than great talent and effort by individual franchise players. team play, timing, and luck, especially when it comes to injuries, are all far more important in deciding who comes away with the 'ship. but those factors aren't easily quantified or distilled into sound/wordbites, while there are a million ways to measure individual performance and talent.
guaranteed, lebron will show out and put up GOAT level statlines. but he will likely still lose. hopefully that L will force a lot of people to re evaluate the whole hero worship and individualist ethos of nba/nbafandom culture. but i doubt it because it's been around so long and the nba promotes that shyt
