I think Draymond more likely than Klay. If Draymond wins this DPOY and maybe a couple more, doesn't that basically guarantee it? He has a good shot at going down as the greatest defender of the era, especially as Kawhi is going to continue to have to focus more on offense than defense. He's also only in his fifth season, already has 2 all-star appearances, 2 All-NBA nods, was 7th in MVP voting last year, and has 2 DPOY runner-up finishes on top of likely winning it this year, and probably about to pick up his second ring. If he plays at this level another 5 years, picks up a few more all-star and all-NBA appearances along with a couple DPOYs and good shot at a third ring, I think he's in.
Klay isn't going to get it just from being known as a great 3pt shooter. Unless he does something new and special, becomes an MVP candidate or sets some new records, then he's going to have to continue to be a perennial all-star for a long time to get the HOF consideration. Ray Allen is in because he actually led his team for a substantial period of time, he wasn't just a great shooter playing a role on a stacked team until the end run of his career.
