whats 5 million to Thug in 2017? He needed that 5 that bad? to sign away rights to shows?

Its a guaranteed 5 million. It’s not a bad thing. Thug is just a terrible business man because he’s done terrible deals over and over.

Hov did the same thing with Live Nation for 200 million. Which is why he was pushing out shows a lot after that B sides concert.

I read the the thread title and thought them folks at Yves Saint Laurent was comin to get their shyt back.

But this is much worse...Man, this music shyt a dirty game,
It is but at the same time you supposed to know what you doing and make moves with that 5 mill not hellcat and illegal gun it up. That 5 mill is play money in the sense that you play with it on investments and setting up flips IE doing more shows, buying wingstops, real estate etc.

The large totals get funded for the fact that the bank is looking for you to fail. Especially being black.

It’s a game mane either way they gonna get they money but the policies and rules behind the paperwork they all hoping you fail.

They know about you off a background search. Knowing people you involved with or knowing somebody’s that knows you.

School records ain’t even out the picture. You the lunch break topic of discussion for these mugs they betting on you to fail.

Is this type of deal common with artists? I've never heard of an artist essentially giving away their rights to perform exclusively to only one venue/entity

It legitimately doesn't make any sense

It’s no different than having a residency in Vegas. You get paid before the shows then they recoup from the ticket sales.

"The company also claims Young Thug put up some of his intellectual property rights as collateral in the agreement."

:dahell: Why do this, but, then fukk off the deal? Unless they only valued all that shyt less than $5 mil.

Ppl stupid.
