Hate is too strong a word to apply to TV Character/person I don't even know. I simply find his aspects of his character and presentation (Goofy Promos, Phony underdog complex) annoying. I get his appeal to other demographics and I have enjoyed plenty of his matches over the years. I felt Cena was alright until they started stressing his "overcoming the Odds" story for every single feud(That started back in 2005 (when he moved to Raw feuding with Bischoff). even when it wasn't true at all (WM29, anyone?)

For me Personally it was when he became a FULL Force Face with The Marine gimmick.
