Because of work stuff I'm switching to nights for the moment.

Yesterday I didn't get home until 11:30 at night. :sadcam:

I go in the evening when it’s not crazy busy.. like 7-8 gym closes around 11 which is when I leave

Right now its either this for me or sometime in the afternoon around 4pm

I don't go to the gym but I'm doing calisthenics at home, and I always work out late at night (between 11 PM - 3 AM). Not working out through that whole 4 hr period, but just saying that between that time, is when i work out.

I probably should do it earlier, but for reason, I like working out late.

8 pm when the crowd disappates, earliest I'll do is 7 pm and in the first half of the week its still too crowded for my liking.

I have an occasional 2-3 pm Saturday session but I'm not getting up at dawn to lift.

I miss my 3/4am gym flow. Been working out at night the majority of the last month.

Flexibility is definitely better but the chakra doesn't flow the same. :francis:

1AM night owl gang checking in. Especially with COVID now. I'm usually the only person there with maybe 1-2 other ppl max.

If I can help it, I'll never workout during the day again.

I’m gonna try to move to the AM before work. Thinking like 5-6AM or so. One of the issues with working so early in the day is not having a spotter on a heavy lift (bench especially).

I train mostly about 7-8pm but going to switch to mid morning/lunch time.

But training late at night or early morning when the gym is dead quiet is amazing to me. I do this from time to time, hit the gym at say midnight to have it to myself.
