I started lifting my freshman year of high school when i weighed like 150ish. I've dabbled in martial arts my whole life tho. Started kyoukushin around that same time tho I needed the extra strength to compete in full knockdown tournaments.
How old you now?
I started HS wrestling in 2004 as a sophomore at 110 and bulked to ~130
I didn't lift heavy again til 2010, and now with the weight loss I'm sitting at 150 @ probably 14%
How long it take you to go from 150s to 180s? I'm gonna be doing a bulk soon so I'm curious considering were the same height
