Watched religiously from 1999(earliest I can remember episodes) till 2008(pretty much stopped after that great Y2J-HBK feud)

Came back & watched The Rock came back in 2011 till 2013 shortly before I went to college.

I lost interest in 2014, sometime after Mania. I noticed I was on my phone more than actually watching RAW. I realized it was becoming a chore to watch and I haven’t watched since. I check out a segment hear or there on YouTube the day after if it’s praised. But, other than that, my days of watching wrestling full-time are probably over.

For me it was probably during the Invasion angle. I was about to start high school and was more concerned about girls and school. Didn't really have time to watch on Monday nights. And once 9/11 hit, I definitely stopped. I came back once I hit college, but that was watching a bunch of old TNA shows.

The double murder suicide in 2007 was what made me lost interest of wwe, but with wrestling as well at the time. Came back towards the end of 2011, but I only dropped wwe full time and that was in 2018.

When guest host era started. Then when they dropped brand separation in 2011 if I'm not mistaken. Than when CM Punk won the title and held it for 434 days. And I barely follow todays product. I don't like WWE's empty arena shows. NXT, Impact and AEW (which I don't even watch) do it better.

I stopped watching every show during the Invasion, and from 2002 on kept up with but stopped watching most TV and I think I stopped even keeping up with online period between 2005-2010ish. I've probably watched a full episode of Raw or SD live as it airs less than 10 times total since 2003.

When I went back and watched 2001 last year or earlier this year, I really didn't remember damn near ANYTHING that happened after Summerslam through the end of the year. I hadn't even seen the Vengeance PPV until this year or last year. Early brand split era had me interested, but really I was checked out and my memories of most things after 2003 are pretty hazy and most of it is stuff I didn't really try to check into again until the Network made it easy. Even then, I sure as fukk have no interest in watching TV in that period, nor TV in the past 4-5 years.

You know it just dawned on me that prior to the job cuts WWE had like 60+ people from TNA and ROH on their roster.

Then when you include NJPW, AAA and the top indie guys it’s like somewhere between 80-100.

They still have over 40 former TNA/ROH guys currently.

At best in TNAs prime they had like 15+ (7 at max around the at the same time), but folks was like “they signing too much WWE talent”:mjlol:

So I guess I kinda off and on lost interest when other companies got criticized for shyt they’ve done.

Or later they get a pass or praise from doing the shyt that a previous company done that people hated on:russ:

Early 2018. I just had an epiphany one day about how much of a waste of my time Raw and Smackdown were and I would be better served doing anything else on Monday nights. I canceled my WWE network account when they brought Hogan back. NXT stopped being cool to me once I realized it had become another vehicle for WWE to further monopolize wrestling.

This.

Stopped watching WWE in ... 2015, I think? 2016? It was right around the time the Universal Title was introduced, whenever that was. For the last 7 or 8 years that I watched, I'd almost never watch it live, I'd record it and watch it either Tuesday or Wednesday. Always skipped through segments that I wasn't interested in, and eventually it sunk in that I was I was pretty much skippin' through the whole show. So it was just a gradual thing for me, realizing how bored I was with it and how overproduced it had become.

It's definitely not a problem to find something better to watch or do.

I still watch old clips and probably always will, but I can't imagine getting back into the current product now. You separate yourself from this shyt for awhile, and it's a lot easier to look at that company objectively.

And yeah the Hogan comeback shyt sealed it for me. Straight-up racist move.:yeshrug:
