So nikkas in this thread like @Silkk co-sign "Dear John" & "The Vow". I've been wanting to watch these 2 movies for a awhile, but I'm turned off by the fact that those 2 movie are romantic dramas.

If those 2 movies were Romantic Comedies or maybe even Romantic Dramedies, I'd have watch both of them a long time ago. But, I don't do romantic dramas. It's the same reason I won't watch "The Notebook".

Some movie where he was a lil boy in the hood whose cop father was either killed in the line of duty or was dirty or something. Then when he grew up he became a cop.
