When did Calisthenics start becoming so overrated?

yeah....Ive actually started to fukking despise pushups.....I was doing 3000 a day for a while but it would take me 3 hours and it made me actually dread working out....I didnt wanna make that connection in my brain. never again will I rely on a calisthenic routine

why are you doing anything 3,000 times in the first place?

I feel bodyweight dips more than I feel flat benching 225, idk why

Mix body weight with strength training 3 times a week..you got yourself a physique

Damn, 50 burpees in 3 min is hard. I sometimes do a burpee HIIT routine where I do 4 sets of 10-12, but it takes me like 15/20 min, lol. And I'm covered in sweat afterward.
