It's got more to do with a sheer lack of economic justice rather than culture wars. Most people can see that they are given an economic raw deal and they will not receive any uplifting from the democrats who are on the left. They can see that these democrats, like Republicans are bought and paid for by corporations and the donor class. And the Democrats offer no meaningful solutions to the problems that plague most Americans because to do so, would be to take money out of the pockets of their masters. The Establishment.

Biden is a narcissist, there's no way he would have dropped out earlier. Remember, it's nigh difficult for a sitting president to lose so Jill and his staffers probably thought they could get him over the line with the tired "he's a threat to democracy" "he's a fascist" angle. Didn't work, and we're here now.

There should have been an open primary even if that means a weasel like Newsom wins. Just field the best candidate.

Well said,people can see they are about to get hung out to dry. Companies setting up to replace everyone with A.I. People cant afford to buy homes,car notes are ridiculous. With one pandemic the govt can come in and shut your business down causing you to lose it. Practically impossible to save money and people are forced to burn through what they did save due to inflation and layoffs. People finally starting to come to the realization theyve been working for free. No more dilusion they will have something to show for their hard work. Its getting hopeless like slavery instead of indentured servitude.
