Funny cause since coming from San Diego Rivera always wanted him a Darren Sproles CAP could be that IMO

The good thing is Cam is 6'5" 250. I'm not worried about this year or the next few years.

True. Either that or he sucks on special teams. They had him returning kicks with Fozzy or Webb from time to time last year. Don't see why it would hurt to get some young speed on the field whenever possible

Breh even Mcnairs MVP season he was breaking down. Those hits take a toll no matter how big you are....especially if folks can hit you harder and illegally when compared to your peers. No coincidence these dudes aren't given talent and used as extra running backs even when they come out of college known as throwers.

Also like we talked about before.... this is the leagues MO. I mentioned this in a earlier post in here.

The reason these dudes like palmer, brady, manning and etc are allowed to play so long is because of the rule changes. Back in the day them white boys would have never played this long cause they would have gotten kill shots like aikman, montana and steve young and been out the league in their late 30s.

These new rules were put in especially for white QBs and to extend their careers.

With all these black QBs coming out in college expect the NFL to do whatever they can to make sure these white boys careers last into their 40s to make sure they are the face of the QB position for as long as possible.

Cause as you see in college the QB position especially at the major powers is turning into a black position. Either the NFL gonna have to do whatever they can to extend these white boys careers (with double standard rules) or start drafting these white boys out of no name small colleges.

Edit - also wanted to say the NFL rule changes (how you can't hit a QB) and emphasis on passing. Has trickled down to the lower levels and actually opened up the QB spot more to black QBs at the lower levels.

As a coach if you can't kill the QB and are rewarded for passing why not put the best athlete at QB? That is what is happening now at the lower levels.

shyt Alabama has started a black QB what twice in 4 years. Hell before that they had 1 black QB starting consistently in the entire history of the program and the last time a brotha had started was in the 90s.

So yeah times are changing. The NFL gonna have to come kicking and screaming into the 21st century whether they like it or not.

Also remeber that MVP season was the season Mcnair was getting out the hospital bed and playing on Sundays.

Imagine this offense with protection 2 young stud right and left tackles in the first and second round stud with Trai and kalil

Grab a back that slips that has the same style as Stewart (I wanted Henry ) if we don't double dip go get one in the second round running backs are important lol no matter how the position "dying" look at Dallas
