Just water about a gallon a day. the only other thing I drink is chocolate milk and 2% milk for protein.
bulk in the form of water retention.I remember reading up that salt helps with bulking, but take that information with a grain.
I wouldn't want anyone putting themselves at risk for developing hypertension...
Juice diet goes both ways breh... I have about 3 servings of OJ a day mixed w/water. Easy way to get my fiber in (~40g from powder) and an easy ~400 calories
Cant just drink garbage though, I don't fukk with Kool Aid or soda or any of that bullshyt. I try and keep sugars under 100g/day... 1 serving of OJ is 24
