I hit them with the : and respond in the negative. only she'll usually return, "oh, i thought you were. you looked it." seems to be a standard way for girls to hit good-looking light skinned dudes. anyone else get this? i get cape verdean a lot, too.

Just because you are Dominican, that doesn't mean you aren't black.

If you look black, most likely you are black. Not all Dominicans are mulatto.
