Trump can't beat Biden in '24 because he doesn't have the juice with the independents and evangelicals like he once had. Even the people who don't want Biden to re-run would begrudgingly vote for him to ensure Trump doesn't win.

Desantis could potentially beat Biden because a lot of those worried about Biden's age would probably sit the election out decreasing the turnout and a lot of independents and evangelicals will look to give Desantis a chance.

The only thing that guarantees a Biden re-election in my opinion is he selects a new VP (Big Gretch probably), and he's running against Trump in that order.
