As of right now, Biden is doing extremely good. He's gotten more accomplished in his first 2 years than any president in modern history.

I don't believe his theory at all but I won't totally discount it. It's a well known fact that there are still a lot of secret service agents loyal to Trump. Again I don't think this is what happened but it is possible they planted documents in Biden's garage and office. They have access after all. Crazier things have happened in presidential politics.

That would be crazy tho if Joe really never had those documents and they turning up everywhere and now he questioning his own sanity

Trump knows he has paperwork, let foreign agents around said paperwork, had multiple requests to return said paperwork, and caught trying to relocate said paperwork.

Playing Devil's Advocate....You think Biden personally where docs were. The pandemic had him working in Wilmington a ton...so that explains like 3 of the docs...
here's their best play, and quiet as kept, Garland gave them an out when he appointed Hur special counsel. If their is a recommendation for charges, specific statutes have to be named....and they won't be even close to what Trump got hit with in the warrant.
