nothing in particular. Idont really be snakcinh like that cause that shyt dont do much but make me hungrier. but shyt last time i woke up at like 3/4 in the am and smacked on my leftover steak with shrimp and some macaroni and

How early do you eat?

Between 5 am - 7 am. The latest I’ll eat is 5 pm.

After 6 pm, it’s water or sports drinks, or a liquid low carb protein shake.
